TariffShark Tiger Release 5.3.2 is now available which addresses FERC compliance notices detailed below.

All current customers using TariffShark Tiger must update the version they are currently using before November 25, 2024 to generate acceptable XML for submission to FERC. Without upgrading, eTariff filings you make on or after November 25, 2024 will be rejected by FERC.

• Customers that have installed TariffShark Tiger SP3 will need to install the update (which affects only the TariffShark Database and application server).
  • Enterprise customers will need to run the database installer and update the TariffShark application server.
  • Hosted customers will have updates installed automatically by Links.
• Customers not running TariffShark Tiger SP3 should now upgrade to 5.3.2.
  • Enterprise customers will need to run the database installer, update the TariffShark application server, and deploy a new client to end users.
  • Hosted customers will have to deploy a new client to end users and then contact TariffShark Support to update their server components.
  • This update affects all TariffShark software components: database, application server, and desktop client. If you want to learn about the upgrade process and your quickest path to running the new software, please contact TariffShark Support.
